Return & Refund
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped. If your order is cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible products. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Before returning an item, please contact our customer service to ensure that the package is sent to the correct return address.
Notes
- If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be based on the carrier selected.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original method of payment within a certain number of business day
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Please check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
- Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required
