Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped. If your order is cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

 

Free 30-Day Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for all eligible products.
Return shipping costs are fully covered by us.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please contact our support team to receive your prepaid return label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original method of payment within a certain number of business day


Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Please check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required
